Highest Quality Translation
For translation of the highest caliber, as well as proofreading or editing by a specialist in a particular field, we charge an extra 50% on the basic translation price. These services are appropriate for publication and other uses.
Estimate:
We can provide you with an estimate within one hour during our business hours if you could email us the document(s) to be translated.
Since we base our estimate of the number of words or character (including space), a preliminary estimate of the cost can be determined beforehand.
Minimum:
Our minimum fee for each translation job is ＄50.
We require a pre-payment for translation jobs under ＄1,000; for jobs over ＄1,000. we require a 50% deposit.
We accept documents for use for presentations, etc.
Please consult us for our editing or proofeading services.
We provide non-disclosure agreement for confidential matters of sensitive nature.

Our Estimate
Upon receipt of your request and review of the material, we will send you an estimate and expected delivery date within 24 hours during business days by e-mail and/or fax.
Order
The customer confirms the receipt of our the terms and conditions (including estimate of fees and delivery date) and places an order with us by telephone, by FAX, or by e-mail.

For orders under US$1,000, we require payment in full in advance.
For orders US$1,000 above, we require a prior payment of 50% of the total amount.

Commencement of Work
Upon confirmation of payment, we start with our translation process immediately.
Delivery of Translation
Normally our translation product is delivered by e-mail in the format the customer requested. We also offer mailing of CDs, and printed matters should the customer notifies us prior to delivery.
Payment of Balance (if any)
For customers who have made partial payment, the remaining balance is due within 5 business days after the receipt of our translation work.
Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our translation. We offer post delivery editing and correction of the original material we translated free of charge for one month after we have submitted the translation product.

I am delighted with the completion of our English version of our website that marks the launch of our expansion of our services for clients abroad. Our company Joho and our translation service have been recently established, although our experience in the field of translation has been substantial despite the different professions that myself and my colleagues have practiced over the years.
